DESCRIPTION:Winter Women’s Weekends at Sandy Cove … a women’s retreat full of hundreds of sisters in Christ, worshiping, relaxing, laughing, and talking. Gather a group of friends and Sandy Cove will take care of the planning so you can enjoy a stress free, fun, and spiritual weekend away from your daily routine.\nOur retreat program on November 6-8 will include breakout sessions at Sandy Cove. We will enjoy hearing God’s Word from Ellie Lofaro, worship music led by Gwen Smith, and several breakout sessions to choose. We will also have an optional devotion time Saturday morning. Free time will be available as well as “Spaghetti Time” with our group.\nEllie Lofaro is a respected Bible teacher, author, inspirational speaker, and humorist. Completely convinced of God’s love and His mandate to “go and tell,” Ellie has committed her life to sharing the “Great News.” Ellie’s message is a wonderful blend of plainspoken truth, common sense practicality, and disarming humor. A serious student of Scripture and a keen observer of the culture, she has developed a unique teaching style that touches the heart, stimulates the mind, and nourishes the soul — thus inspiring her to establish Heart Mind & Soul Ministries. Ellie is the author of five books and is published in many compilations as well as Christian magazines.
